At Fusion Hair and Beauty we guarantee all of the above! We pride ourselves in ensuring our clients have a home from home feel, but without having to do anything for themselves! Giving our clients the time out and relaxing environment that many are eager to get to and enjoy. We believe that all clients should be received with a warm welcome and formerly meet their stylist as opposed to being sat in the chair without an orientation of who they are about to entrust their new look to.
Whether it’s a herbal tea or a hot chocolate with cream, at Fusion Hair and Beauty we have a variety of hot drinks free of charge available and ready to serve to our clients. For some it may be the first hot drink they’ve been served all day, so we like to pay attention to the little things such as this to ensure our clients feel well catered for and appreciated.
At Fusion Hair and Beauty we have a variety of clients, from busy working mums to hard working students and a personal favourite, elderly ladies coming in for their weekly treatment. Each client has a different need for their time out and we make it our responsibility to respect the client’s needs during their appointment. Some enjoy a quiet read of a book; others enjoy the opportunity to rest in quiet and others love engaging in conversation with their stylist. Whichever position the client is in it is respected.
At Fusion Hair and Beauty we pride ourselves in ensuring the right environment is set and ready to cater to our clients ranging from a young age to adults, therefore the music playing in the background is set to be appropriate as well as our kids box filled with toys and activities for our little ones to enjoy and be entertained. As we are a family run business, we like to ensure that mothers are made to feel welcomed and comfortable with having to bring their children along with them. We understand that childcare isn’t always on tap for mothers to get time out to cater for their hair needs, and under no circumstances would we want our clients to stop coming because they feel like an inconvenience with their children. To the point where we have had babies on mums’ laps whilst washing their hair at the basin and sat at the chair whilst pulling at the hair dryer cord! But we love seeing those sweet innocent faces taking it all in and bringing a real family feel to what the salon is all about – a home for everyone!
With so many new and returning faces coming through Fusion Hair and Beauty we get the privilege of meeting and getting to know a variety of people from all walks of life and backgrounds. Embracing each individual for who they are and welcoming any constructive feedback on areas that they feel would improve the salon allows the business to evolve and continue to grow. Fusion Hair and Beauty lives by its slogan ‘Putting U at the centre of what we do’ – without our clients there would be no Fusion. Hearing the stories of our clients and building rapport with them gives our clients a welcoming experience and has them coming back regularly.
Giving our clients an all-round quality service with their styling as well as giving them the TLC they deserve is at the forefront of our attention. Hearing of bad experiences that some of our clients have endured elsewhere due to lack of time management and lack of attention to their needs such as offering them a drink can have a bearing on whether the client will return or not. We believe that by caring for every aspect of the client’s needs whilst at the salon will give them positive feedback to share with others which is what all salons should ensure is happening! Word of mouth is a powerful business booster and we take great care to make sure our clients leave happy and styled with a 10/10!
